Minette Conner, Licensed Mental Health Counselor, offers thoughtfully designed wellness workshops, support groups, educational talks, and retreats focused on emotional well-being, coping skills, mindfulness, relationships, parenting support, resilience, and personal growth. Events are trauma-informed, evidence-based, and designed for children, teens, adults, couples, caregivers, and older adults through telehealth and community partnerships.
Types of Events Workshops
(60–90 minutes): Focused learning sessions that teach practical skills—stress management, anxiety reduction techniques, emotional regulation, sleep hygiene, grief coping, and communication for couples.
Support Groups (45–60 minutes, ongoing series): Facilitated peer groups for grief, chronic stress, parenting challenges, and life transitions. Groups emphasize mutual support, skill building, and safety.
Educational Talks (30–50 minutes): Brief presentations on topics such as recognizing depression, signs of trauma, teen mental health, and caregiver burnout. Includes Q&A time. Short Retreats (half-day): Intensive, interactive sessions combining psychoeducation, mindfulness practice, movement, and reflective exercises. Suitable for workplace teams or community groups.
Parent/Caregiver Sessions (45–60 minutes): Practical guidance on supporting children and teens with anxiety, behavioral challenges, school transitions, and grief.
